Contact us at any point. We cannot stress how important it is that you make us aware of any concerns you may have, however trivial they may be. We cannot guarantee customer satisfaction if we don't know when you need assistance.

1 I want to place an order, How do I know if an items is available?
  If it is unavailable stated next to the item will be ‘Sold’ or ‘out of stock’ Although sometimes they do get missed we will let you know if after your order it is no longer available.
2 What packaging does the jewellery come in? It is for a surprise gift?
  Whether the jewellery is for yourself or as a special gift for someone, all jewellery will arrive at your door in appropriate presentation packaging. Goods are posted out in plain packaging. If you do not want us to call you or e mail you because you are buying a surprise gift, just let us know in the comments box at checkout.
3 What is your returns policy?
  We understand that sometimes items are not what you expect so we are more than happy to have items returned to us, this must be within 7 days. Please read our terms and conditions page for full details on our Returns Policy.
4 What happens if I buy something from the website and I don't like it?
  No problem we have a clear refund policy should you be genuinely disappointed with an item you have bought from us. See our Terms and Conditions page for full details of our return policy.
5 How long before I receive my order?
  Funds will need to be cleared before we can release goods. As soon as the payment is cleared, we will dispatch the goods. See our time scales on the Terms and Conditions page.
6 My Item hasn't arrived yet, where is it?
  Every item posted is sent Royal Mail special delivery with a unique track and trace code which we can provide by request. If your item has not arrived within a few days after we have informed you of despatch please let us know. For further details please see out Terms and Conditions page.
7 Can I pay by credit card?
  Yes. Most major UK and International credit cards can now be accepted through our secure online payment system, we currently use Paypal System, you do not have to register with paypal you can check out using there secure online guest system. Sterling Cheques and Postal/Money Orders are also accepted. See our home page for accepted credit cards. We would advise against sending cash through the postal system.
8 I'm worried about the security of using my credit card online. Is your site safe?
  Don't worry - it's safe! All your credit details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls. We use Paypal system which we find secure.
9 How can I find out more information or get further images of a product?
  No problem you can contact us in a number of ways, either by e-mail info@chickslove.co.uk at any time of the day or night. By Telephone - we do ask that if you wish to telephone you could do so within reasonable hours the best hours are 9.30 am - 6.30 pm. (London Time) If you get the answer machine please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we pick up the message. Alternatively we do also have a fax machine.
10 I'm interested in an item but the pictures aren't very good.
  Don't hesitate to contact us if you need to view better pictures. We understand that our pictures cannot give a true impression of our items and are happy to provide as many pictures as you need.
11 Is all of your stock shown on the website?
  We are constantly updating our stock and so not all items will appear on our website we do however do our best to get everything available shown. Do contact us if you can't see exactly what you are looking for.
12 Do you have a showroom or shop I can visit?
  No we are an internet retailer only.
13 Are my details disclosed to any other parties?
 

Don't worry. Under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict procedures and will not disclose any customer information to third parties. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
